Can I get the same cleaner every time?

Short answer, Yes!!!! We make it a point to always send the same cleaner(s) and do absolutely everything in our power to make this possible. We understand the importance of the relationship and the trust that is built having consistency. All of our cleaners undergo the same extensive training to ensure the highest quality of work. Sometimes employees are sick or on vacation. If that does happen we will provide notification and offer an fill alternative or reschedule at your discretion.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we are also happy to bring environmentally friendly products at your request. If you have specific products that you prefer we can also do that. Homes that do have pets do require a vacuum supplied by the homeowner, the reason for this is we do not want to potentially transport any pet allergens to another customers home.

Are you insured?

We are bonded and insured, if an accident or injury occurs during the house cleaning it is covered and does not involve your insurance.

How will my pets be handled?

We love pets! We know that pets are also part of the family, and we make sure they are treated right, our products are pet safe, and we know all the tricks to get that pet hair and dander out of nooks and crannies.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely 100%. Being the owner I regularly clean my own accounts and with my employees to ensure nothing is missed. With that being said, mistakes can happen and if we ever miss something and you are not 100% satisfied with any part of our service I personally assure you we will make things right as quick as possible.
